For families
You choose the caregiver. You agree the hours.
Roost introduces you to caregivers near you. You choose who to meet, you agree the hours and the rate with them, and you pay them. Roost charges a platform fee on top of that rate.
A clear way forward
- 01
Say who needs company
Who they are, what a good day looks like, and when you would like someone there.
- 02
See who is free near you
Profiles and hourly rates, closest to the care address first.
- 03
Agree it with them
Message whoever you want to talk to, then the two of you sign one agreement in the app.
You choose who comes in.Roost does not choose for you.
Nobody is sent to you
Roost shows you the caregivers who are free near the address you give, and you decide who to talk to. A caregiver can say no to a booking, and saying no costs them nothing.
The rate is theirs, the choice is yours
Each caregiver sets their own hourly rate and it is on their profile. You pay that rate for the hours you both confirm, plus Roost's platform fee on top of it.
Companionship, and what that leaves out
Company, conversation, a walk, a meal made together, a lift to an appointment. Not bathing, toileting or transferring, not medication, not anything a nurse does.
Let’s start with your family.
You don’t need all the answers before reaching out. Tell us who needs company and where they live, and someone from Roost will call you back.
