If you already have an account, the number on the home screen of the app is the fastest route for anything about a visit or a payment.
Families and caregivers
- Find a caregiver for someone you love.
- Caring for a parent or spouse already? Many state Medicaid programs will pay you for it.
- Join as a caregiver.
Each form takes about thirty seconds, and someone from Roost calls you back, usually within one business day. We never ask for forms, photos or medical details over text message.
Security reports
Found a security problem? Write to security@roost.us. The security page says what to include and what we ask of you in return.
Your information
To ask for a copy of what we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it, write to support@roost.us. The privacy policy says what happens next.
Is the app up?
The status page shows what is working right now, without asking you to sign in.
